New Product Warranty
In all cases, new products are governed by the manufacturer's warranty only. BeamEcho offers no additional warranty or technical support on new hardware or products.
New Apple computers include a 1 year limited parts and labour warranty, and may also include up to 3 months of free technical support. A 2-year extension AppleCare warranty is available for purchase with new Apple computers, and may include additional or upgraded support services.

All software sales are final. Returns or exchanges of software products must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
New Apple Product Return Policy
New Apple products are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. If your new Apple hardware proves defective, under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, simply bring the equipment to our Apple Authorized Service Centre. A priority will be given to the repair of hardware sold by BeamEcho. Apple iPods and iPod accessories are serviced directly by Apple.
BeamEcho is unable to offer price protection to the consumer against Apple product pricing changes.
New Product Return Policy
We will be pleased to exchange or refund most non-Apple branded items within 7 days of purchase with the following exceptions:
- Once opened, in-ear earphones are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Products must be returned to the sales counter and must be accompanied by an original BeamEcho invoice. It is the customer's responsibility to retain their original invoice.
- Products eligible for return or exchange must be accompanied by all packaging, documentation, blank warranty cards, software, and any other accessories which may have been included.
- All eligible products must be returned in saleable condition. Returns that do not meet this standard will not be accepted for return, refund or exchange.
- Refunds cannot be provided on opened consumables including toner, ink, paper or blank media. Printers may be returned minus the full retail value of any opened inks or specialty paper included.
- All software sales are final. Software manufacturers will provide an exchange of defective merchandise.
- Service charges are not refundable.
- Any discrepancy in an item's price between the time of purchase and the time of return will be resolved at the lower of the two prices.
Used Product Warranty
All used hardware is sold with a 90-Day limited parts and labour warranty unless otherwise noted. If a problem is encountered, the hardware must be returned at the customer's expense to the place of purchase. A service charge will apply for any software related service or data transfer -- our used hardware warranty covers the hardware only.
Used Hardware Return Policy
BeamEcho will provide a store credit on used hardware provided it is returned within 7 days in the condition in which it was purchased, and is accompanied by an original BeamEcho invoice. Hardware not accompanied by an original receipt will cannot be accepted.
AppleCare Warranty Information
The AppleCare Protection Plan is an extended-warranty program available for all new Apple computers, displays and iPods and the AppleTV.

While all new Macs come with a standard 1-year limited warranty and 90 days of free technical support, the AppleCare Protection Plan is a comprehensive warranty solution that provides up to three full years of service and support.
For the duration of an AppleCare warranty, you will receive unlimited technical support for your computer, the Mac OS X system software and the Apple-branded consumer applications that are bundled with the system. AppleCare plans also includes Apple-certified repair and parts replacement along with access to Apple's web-based support resources and powerful diagnostic tools.
While we highly recommend you purchase an extended AppleCare Protection Plan at time of purchase, you have the option of upgrading your warranty at any time within your computer's original 1 year warranty period.
BeamEcho offers the full range of a AppleCare options, and in conjunction with our Apple-authorized Service Centre, provides fast and reliable in-store repair and parts replacement.
